Stepper-motor-driven peristaltic pump filling; electromagnetic vibratory bowl for inner-stopper sorting; pneumatic inner-stopper insertion; electromagnetic vibratory bowl for outer-cap sorting; 2-head outer-cap placement + 2-head pneumatic-jaw screw-capping. PLC + touchscreen HMI control. Air pressure 0.6–0.8 MPa. Bundled with SED-45DTB-A vertical round-bottle positioning labeller: circumferential labelling; precision ±1 mm; capacity 3000–3200 bottles/hour; 220 V / 60 Hz; power approx. 800 W; Siemens PLC + touchscreen.
