Fonctionnement
Bottles arrive on an infeed belt and are metered by a screw (auger) feeder into the rotary dial positions. An optional nitrogen purge can be applied before filling. Two peristaltic pump heads dispense liquid; fill volume is globally and individually adjustable. A robotic arm picks up inner stoppers from the vibratory bowl and presses them into bottles (no-bottle-no-stopper). The machine will not place outer caps if inner stoppers are absent. Constant-torque screw-capping head grips the bottle to prevent co-rotation; a top-cap device ensures reliable capping. The 30L buffer tank with dual proximity switch float control and angle valve maintains liquid supply automatically. PLC (Schneider) + HMI (Schneider) coordinate all stations; VFD manages main drive speed.
