Linear-type filling and sealing machine for boxed fruit puree cups. Performs cup dropping, filling, film placement, coding, double sealing, film cutting, and cup discharge.

Fonctionnement
Process: cup drop (PLC-synced cylinder pushes cups from magazine onto die plate when plate stops) → 10-head fill into multi-compartment cup (10 grids/cup, 23g/grid, 230g/cup, adjustable) → film unwind with photoelectric registration to align film pattern with cup mouth → thermal-transfer ribbon coding (thermostatic, swappable codes) → constant-temp pressure heat-seal (intelligent temperature control, adjustable seal pressure, x2 seals) → cold die-cut with fine-tooth blade → discharge via slider/rail with variable-speed motor. Cam indexer provides intermittent stepwise motion.
