Fonctionnement

Bottles are fed by either a turntable or a straight conveyor to a single-head capping station. A vibratory bowl orients metal caps and drops them onto each bottle mouth. A rolling-knife capping head clamps the cap and rolls it against the pilfer-proof threads of the glass bottle to form a tamper-evident seal. Pneumatic cylinders (AirTAC solenoids) actuate the head; Autonics photo-eyes verify bottle and cap presence. Ground-fault and overload protection circuits are standard.
