The SED-1YTG1-H is a high-speed servo gear-pump filling machine for liquid products. A single-head inline filler with a 304 stainless steel pump head (32 mm bore), it handles bottle heights 30–200 mm and mouth diameters

Fonctionnement
A servo-driven gear pump (0.75 kW) draws liquid from a 40 L hopper and dispenses through a stainless steel pump head with 32 mm bore. Bottles are conveyed on a 2 m belt with photoelectric sensing, and an upstream foot-switch allows up/down height adjustment of the filling valve via a 1.5 m PTFE tube. Conveyor speed is adjustable up to 20 m/min.
