Fonctionnement

Bottles enter on the conveyor; a secondary bottle-mouth positioning cylinder prevents bottle damage. The magnetic gear pump meters liquid to the set volume; a servo motor drives the filling valve to descend with the liquid level to minimize foaming. After filling, the nitrogen purge system displaces oxygen from the container headspace to extend shelf life. Bottles then enter the SED-SXL-9 four-wheel servo capping machine for cap pickup, pressing, and locking. The entire system is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC + KINCO touchscreen.
