Fonctionnement
Bottles are conveyed in single file by a VFD-driven belt. Each bottle is positioned beneath the single piston-filling nozzle; the piston draws the set volume from the 40 L hopper and dispenses it into the bottle. The fill volume is set via PLC/HMI. The quick-release product path allows fast changeover and CIP.
