Fonctionnement

A servo-driven (Xinje/Inovance) single-head pump dispenses precise volumes from a 40L hopper through a single fill nozzle. Pneumatic actuators (0–6 kgf/cm² supply) handle valve and bottle indexing on a 700 mm working-height table. Operator selects fill volume on the Xinje/Inovance touchscreen + PLC HMI. Bottles can be loaded manually or by an automated upstream feeder; capping is performed manually or by the optional SED-CG2-A servo capping machine.
