Fully automatic operation: the machine independently completes filling, cap sorting, and capping. Ceramic plunger pump for precision volumetric dosing (acid/alkali-resistant, wear-resistant, high-temp-resistant). Head-up (nozzle-first) filling technique minimises residual air in the tube and raises qualification rate. Vibrator bowl with intelligent digital frequency control for cap orientation, compatible with multiple syringe formats. PLC + servo motors synchronise all stations; modular design supports stand-alone or in-line use. 100% automatic shutdown alarm on no-tube and on missing cap.
