Fonctionnement

Cap-placing section: tray-type cap storage platform with suction head that picks up each capsule and releases it onto the bottle mouth. Heat-shrinking section: annular electric heating element shrinks the capsule onto the bottle; a cam mechanism controls the stroke and dwell time of the shrink head; an independent thermocouple monitors temperature. Variable-frequency drive adjusts line speed; overload protection stops the machine if a bottle jams.
