Fonctionnement
The machine consists of a base, drive system, control system, and mixing hopper. Material is loaded into the hopper, the hopper lid is locked, then mixing time and speed are set via the PLC/HMI interface. Upon start, the machine mixes at the specified parameters; on completion the machine stops vertically. Mechanical interlocks and proximity switches ensure safe start/stop with speed ramping.
