Fonctionnement

Slurry is dosed by peristaltic pump and atomized by high-pressure N2 in a coaxial-flow drying tower; droplets dry to powder, collected by cyclone + non-woven filter; N2/solvent vapour passes a 2-stage condenser where solvent liquefies and is recovered; clean N2 is reheated and recycled. Closed-loop with O2, pressure, temperature monitoring and explosion-proof safeguards.
