Fonctionnement
The unit uses a refrigeration cycle with R22 refrigerant and an externally balanced thermal expansion valve. Air is cooled by passing over an evaporator coil (efficient copper tube with aluminum fins), and the cooled air is blown out by a fan at 2-3 m/s. Heat is rejected through an air-cooled condenser with a low-noise external rotor fan.
