Fonctionnement

PLC + touchscreen control system drives directional valves, cylinders and motors in coordinated sequence. Workflow: automatic spoon drop → empty-spoon detection (no spoon = no fill/seal) → pneumatic-pump precise metered paste filling → sticker automatic pickup and lay-down → sticker heat-press sealing → finished product discharge.

Nettoyage et entretien

Before and after use, clean with brush and water. Keep sealing head surface clean — foreign matter or dirt causes poor sealing. Keep electrical and pneumatic valve areas completely dry.
