SED-1KJ-J coffee capsule filling and sealing machine. Suitable for granule and powder filling and sealing. Fully pneumatic: auto cup-drop, screw metering with high-precision filling, auto film placement, and auto sealing
Fonctionnement
Fully pneumatic operation: empty capsules auto-drop onto the mold. A screw auger meters and fills powder/granule with high precision. The machine automatically places a pre-cut film lid onto the filled cup,applies powder-pressing to ensure powder is below the rim,then heat-seals the lid. Finished capsules are discharged automatically. Uses AIRTAC pneumatic components and Schneider electrical components.
