Fonctionnement

Empty aluminum cups are automatically dispensed from a stack feeder onto an indexing turntable. At each station: (1) cups are positioned, (2) screw-auger doses coffee powder/granule by counted rotations to achieve ±2% filling accuracy, (3) gas flush port reserved for optional MAP, (4) pre-cut foil/sticker is automatically picked and placed onto the cup, (5) hot-press station seals the lid, (6) finished capsules are discharged automatically. PLC + touch screen (XINJE) control with photoelectric sensors (Panasonic) for detection.

Nettoyage et entretien

Clean dosing screw and powder-contact parts at product changeover. Wipe stainless steel surfaces with neutral cleaner; avoid water on electrical components. Periodically lubricate moving pneumatic components and check air filter.
