Fonctionnement

The SED-1KJ-B is an automatic filling and sealing machine for jelly-style cups. The full-cycle automation sequence is: automatic cup drop → automatic metered filling (with heated and stirred product hopper) → automatic heat-seal cutting → automatic cup output. Supplied with a heated mixing tank as standard. Capacity: approximately 600 cups/hour (1-lane output). Dimensions: 1,200×1,200×1,600 mm; weight: 400 kg; power: 2 kW, 220 V / 50 Hz; working air pressure: 0.6–0.8 MPa (customer to supply compressor). Frame: stainless steel welded construction, exterior clad in SS201; aluminium-oxide moulds. Warranty: 2 years.
