Fonctionnement
Pressure-type filling is adopted; no elevated storage tank is required, simplifying installation and improving filling efficiency. The filling head uses an air-gear and dual-cam drive to synchronize rotation with the filling turret. When a bottle is positioned under the nozzle, the filling needle descends into the bottle mouth and rotates synchronously with the dial; the needle gradually rises during filling to prevent air bubbles and liquid splash.
