Fonctionnement

Pneumatic piston filling: a piston cylinder drives the piston reciprocally inside the polished bore cylinder, dosing precisely by stroke length. A five-port rotary valve switches between suction and discharge paths. On the piston downstroke material is drawn in; on the upstroke it is discharged through the anti-drip nozzle into the bottle. Hopper level is auto-sensed: filling stops when full, restarts when level is low. PLC controls the automatic conveyor chain and the cap-pressing station.
