Fonctionnement

Vibrator bowl singulates and feeds desiccant pouches one by one. A conveyor and 5 stop-cylinder stations move them in sequence. Photoelectric sensors detect bottles or external signals; on each trigger one cylinder releases one pouch into the bottle/pouch. PLC + HMI manage timing parameters (outflow speed, delay, etc.). Operates in standalone mode (1-40 packs/min) or online triggered mode (one pack per external IO signal).

Before/after each shift, clean dust from machine and belt with compressed air or brush to keep foreign matter off transmission wheels and conveyor belts. Check screws on each part for looseness at every start-up.
