Fonctionnement
The coating drum is driven by a variable-frequency motor. Product tumbles inside the drum while a media spray gun (Iwata ST-6) atomises the coating liquid via a peristaltic pump. Inlet air is heated and passed through three-stage filtration (pre-/intermediate-/high-efficiency filters, Class 100 000) into the working chamber to dry the film. The dust-collection exhaust fan creates negative pressure in the drum zone; exhaust air passes through a bag-type dust collector before discharge, meeting GMP requirements. The entire system is controlled by a Siemens PLC and touch screen.
