① Bottle un-scrambling / infeed → ② Automatic filling (servo-auger dosing, precise and powerful; vibratory bowl discharge) → ③ Automatic stoppering (vibratory bowl stopper feed) → ④ Automatic cap hanging → ⑤ Automatic screw-capping / crimping (servo capping, adjustable torque; imported quench-hardened steel blade crimping) → ⑥ Automatic bottle outfeed (same direction as infeed).

Complies with GMP certification standards. Warranty: entire machine 1 year, motor / touch screen 2 years (from date of receipt). Bottles of different diameters are not interchangeable. Bottles of the same type but height difference > 2 cm must be communicated in advance. Stopper thickness variation must be ≤ 0.2 mm. Outer cap material must be confirmed in advance and dimensions cannot be changed after order.
