Fonctionnement

Screw feeder (150 L hopper) lifts powder to the filling machine hopper → PLC-controlled servo motor drives single-head screw to dispense powder into the can per set pulse count (100–500 g) → filled cans travel by conveyor to the fully-automatic seamer (4-pass seaming + 440C rolling knives, theoretical 60 cans/min, line rate 16–20 cans/min) → then to the fully-automatic dust-cap capper (pneumatic suction pick-up → conveyor carries cans to the capper → capping wheel presses cap tight).
