Fonctionnement

The bottle unscrambler turntable auto-rotates; bottles are guided by the unscrambling plate along the unscrambling groove and delivered in order to the conveyor. The conveyor feeds bottles to the single-head powder fill station. PLC controls the auger to discharge powder for a set number of pulses (1–1000 g range by changing auger attachment). After filling, bottles proceed to the next downstream station.
