Fonctionnement

Weighing-feedback tracking spiral rotary metering. The servo-driven auger feeds material in three stages: rough (fast), medium, and fine (slow), each at an individually configured set-point weight and auger speed. The electronic scale provides closed-loop feedback to the PLC, which adjusts each stage to hit the target weight. A vibration device assists settling for high-precision top-up. Foot switch or infrared photoelectric switch triggers each fill cycle.

Nettoyage et entretien

End-of-shift: power off, remove material cup, auger screw and front half of hopper; clean cup, screw and hopper bin and wipe main machine surface; reassemble in reverse order. Auto-feeder (if fitted): open empty plate, reverse the auger to clear pipe and silo, lay pipe horizontal, pull out auger, rinse and wipe walls, reassemble.
