SED-1DWJ-A — Multi-function Dropping Pill Machine

Drug solution is heated and stirred (0–1,440 rpm,stepless) in an 800 ml double-layer silica-borosilicate glass dropping tank with oil-bath heating. The solution is metered through a plunger-type or standard dropping head (pressure and vacuum suction ports available) into a tall cooling column. The column's upper section is acrylic-clear; its lower section is 304 SS double-layer insulated and filled with chilled cooling fluid maintained by a Tecumseh refrigeration unit. As hot drug droplets descend through the cool fluid,they solidify into spherical pills and collect in a bottom drawer. The cooling column rises and lowers automatically (motorised). Cooling fluid circulates through the spiral cooling-fluid heat exchanger and back to the column.
