Fonctionnement
The SED-1DG-B removes moisture from products at low temperature via the coordinated action of its vacuum system and two-stage cascade refrigeration system. Product is placed on stainless steel shelves inside the sealed chamber; the refrigeration system pre-freezes the product, then the vacuum pump reduces pressure so that ice sublimes directly into vapour without passing through a liquid phase, yielding a dry, stable end-product while preserving biological activity.
