Fonctionnement
Compressed air drives the pneumatic cylinder in a reciprocating motion. On the suction stroke, the piston pulls back, generating negative pressure in the front cavity; material from the hopper is drawn through the inlet check valve into the cylinder. On the discharge stroke, the piston pushes forward, expelling material through the outlet check valve and anti-drip nozzle into the syringe. Each cycle delivers one precise fill volume.
