Fonctionnement

Empty prefilled syringes are loaded onto a centrifugal feeder, oriented and indexed onto a turret. At the dosing station, two ceramic plunger pumps draw and dispense the preset volume into each syringe. Caps are sorted and singulated by a SUS316L vibratory bowl feeder onto a guide track; the capping head picks and screws the cap onto the syringe. Servo motors drive all synchronous actions; the PLC + HMI monitors each station, displays faults, and stores recipes. Optional A-grade laminar flow hood maintains sterility; optional liquid-level sensor triggers automatic refill.
