Fonctionnement
Process flow: roll film → film forming → film guide → color-mark detection → bottom seal → vertical seal (2 sets) → diamond easy-tear notch → servo bag pull → cut → bag open → fill I → fill II → top seal → finished output. Main machine uses VFD-controlled AC motor for stable low-speed high-torque operation. Cam torque transmission efficiently transfers power and reduces cam adjustment steps during size changeover. Panasonic servo motor controls bag width — adjust on touchscreen, no manual mechanism needed. Integrated PLC control (Mitsubishi), Weinview touchscreen, Schneider low-voltage components. Trolley reciprocating transport uses high-strength aluminum alloy for lightweight, stable transfer. Top seal station uses all-stainless pneumatic cylinder drive; unsealed bags (no product detected) are skipped to avoid film waste.
