Fonctionnement

Identical to SED-180WKB-B: roll-fed laminated film is formed, bottom/side sealed, bag-open detected, and top sealed. The multi-head combination weigher (step-motor drive, 10 heads, hopper volumes 1600/2500 ml, ±0.5% accuracy) feeds weighed portions into each pouch via a Z-type zigzag conveyor and work platform. Multi-head weighing delivers higher accuracy for dry free-flowing products compared to auger or volumetric cup filling, and does not damage or deactivate the product. Product settings and changeovers are at the press of a button.
