SED-180WFB-S — Zipper Stand-up Pouch Packaging Machine

Roll-fed laminated film is unwound from an automatic unwind station. Film passes a buffer, enters the forming station where the bottom is punched for the gusset, and the zipper strip is applied and horizontally sealed. Bottom seal, three sets of vertical sealers, and easy-tear notch die cut the bag shape. Servo film pull advances film accurately; cutter separates bags. A walking-beam gripper opens each bag using positive/negative pressure air paths with vacuum-generator-driven suction cups. A bag-open detection sensor rejects unopened bags automatically (no-bag-no-fill). After filling, heat top seal followed by cool top seal completes the package. The product conveyor outputs finished pouches.
