Fonctionnement
Storage/elevator hopper feeds the belt arranger with random-orientation bottles. The belt width is adjustable for different bottle diameters. Photoelectric sensors detect each bottle's neck orientation. The servo-linkage robotic arm grabs each bottle and rotates it during the grasp so that all bottles exit the machine neck-up for the downstream filling / counting line.
