Film from roll is formed into a vertical tube around a forming collar; longitudinal (back) seal is applied first, then product is metered and dropped through the forming tube; horizontal seal and cut separate each stick bag. Both lanes run simultaneously. PLC with servo motor controls bag length independently per lane.
