Fonctionnement

VFFS pneumatic 2-head weigh-pack: granular product feeds into two pneumatic weighing buckets each measuring up to 100 g. Film roll feeds into the forming collar to make a tube around the vertical descent path. Vertical-seal cylinder closes the longitudinal seam (heated jaw); horizontal seal-and-cut cylinder seals and cuts the sachet bottom and top simultaneously; completed sachet discharges. Color-mark photoelectric sensor tracks pre-printed registration marks.
