Tablets or capsules are loaded into the hopper and travel down a three-stage vibratory feeder with 16 tracks. Each track channels the products past an advanced anti-dust photosensor counting gate. When the preset count is reached for each channel, its individual gate closes, preventing additional product from entering the bottle. Once a new empty bottle is in position, all gates reopen. The entire line is controlled by a Siemens PLC with a bilingual HMI, and a SCADA/data-collection system links all stations.
