Fonctionnement

Bottles are conveyed to the filling position where a bottle-stop device holds them in place. Medicine is fed through a vibrating corrugated plate feeder into counting chambers . Photoelectric counting sensors mounted on each chamber detect and count each piece as it falls. When the set count is reached,the chambers open and discharge the counted product into the bottle. The conveyor then advances to the next bottle. No-bottle detection prevents counting without a bottle present.
