Fonctionnement
Material is poured into the top hopper. Primary and secondary electromagnetic vibration feeders progressively spread the material into 16 continuous linear streams along vibration chutes into the discharge opening. Pieces then fall individually into detection channels where infrared dynamic scanning sensors (using the photoelectric effect) generate count signals fed into a high-speed MCU. Electronic and mechanical coordination achieves precise counting. Pneumatic positioning divides counted batches into bottles.
