Fonctionnement
Tunnel heat shrink: pre-wrapped product enters the heat tunnel on a conveyor belt; heating elements raise the tunnel air to the set temperature (controlled by Shanghai Yatai temperature controller via Ningbo Huayu potentiometer); heat shrinks the POF or PVC film tightly around the product; the belt carries the shrink-wrapped product out. Belt speed is adjustable 0–16 m/min via Zhongda motor for the required dwell time and shrink quality.

1Tunnel heat shrink: pre-wrapped product enters the heat tunnel on a conveyor belt; heating elements raise the tunnel air to the set temperature (controlled by Shanghai Yatai temperature controller via Ningbo Huayu potentiometer); heat shrinks the POF or PVC film tightly around the product; the belt carries the shrink-wrapped product out.
