Fonctionnement

Inline intermittent-motion cup-pack: 1) Cup-drop system (drop bracket + track + push cylinder) drops empty pre-formed cups onto carrier line. 2) Index forward; filling system (configurable per product - liquid/paste/granule/powder) doses each cup. 3) Index forward; film stent unwinds top-seal film over the row of cups. 4) Sealing system - heated platen (independent per-head temperature control with thermocouple feedback) presses film onto cup rims; pneumatic execution from AirTAC cylinders + Mindman valves. 5) Optional cut/notch operation. 6) Cup top mechanism + cup delivery rack + conveyor discharges sealed cups. PLC controls all timings/parameters; HMI exposes sealing pressure/temperature/time setpoints; emergency stop and electrical protection in safety circuit.
