Fonctionnement
1) Operator dumps loose bottles into the lifter hopper. 2) Lifter (SED-TSJ-C) conveys bottles up to the unscrambler storage tank. 3) Bottles enter the storage ring; the rotating turntable pushes them into bottle pockets (self-positioning). 4) Bottle-flipping and bottle-guiding mechanisms orient the bottles mouth-up/upright. 5) Air-conveying system delivers upright bottles to downstream equipment. Patented torque-limiter drive auto-disengages on overload and auto-re-engages when clear. Brush-plate synchronized with motor eliminates short-bottle ejection issues.
