Fonctionnement
Form-fill-seal from roll film: photo-eye registration (Panasonic/Sick/Keyence) with color-mark detection guides film stop position. Parallel-motion vertical seal bars create bottom and longitudinal seals. Cold-press forming shapes the 4-sided pouch. Servo film pulling advances film with 0.5 mm precision. Vacuum opening of pouch mouth, with 'no-open = no-fill' detection to prevent waste. Filled pouches are top-sealed and cut.
