8-station rotary process: Station 1 — suction-cup picks pre-made bag from bag magazine; Station 2 — inkjet coding (date/lot, optional); Station 3 — suction-cups open bag top and bottom; Station 4 — fill station 1 with bag-open detection (no open, no fill); Station 5 — fill station 2 (reserved/secondary fill); Station 6 — rotary blow + tamping (clears bag-mouth material to ensure clean sealing); Station 7 — heat seal 1; Station 8 — heat seal 2 / forming (reserved station).
