Fonctionnement

Through gear speed/direction change, cutter and pressing blade rotate in opposite directions. The pressing blade pushes material down with its inclined face. The cutter's arc face uses centrifugal force to push material outward through the sieve screen, forming uniform granules. Speed and blade height adjustable for different material properties.

Nettoyage et entretien

Clean thoroughly after every shift/use. Do not allow material to congeal on transmission parts. After 15+ minutes stopped, remove material and detach sieve screen, nuts, pressing blade, and cutter; wipe clean (avoid getting electrical parts wet). Reassemble as originally assembled — do not mix up parts.
