Mask cloth web enters roller cutter for auto rolling/cutting (Germany-imported steel mold), then auto 3-fold or 4-fold; horizontal bag-feed filling machine executes: pick pouch → open pouch → insert mask (pre-folded) → fill liquid (magnetic pump) → seal → output; open-mouth sensing: no bag = no fill, no seal; empty-bag auto rejection.
