Fonctionnement

Closed-loop heat-pump dehumidification dryer: low-grade heat in the dryer exhaust is absorbed by the heat-pump evaporator (which simultaneously condenses moisture out of the air); the heat is upgraded by the compressor and rejected at the condenser to reheat the same air, which is recirculated by 9 aluminium-shell fans through the loaded trolleys. No exhaust air is expelled; moisture is removed as liquid condensate. The PLC allows programmable drying curves to match different materials.
