Fonctionnement
High-frequency electromagnetic field causes rapid molecular vibration in the workpieces, generating frictional heat that self-fuses the materials. Combined with pneumatic-hydraulic pressing (1-36 tons), welding is completed. Simultaneously, the die edge cuts/trims, achieving one-shot weld + cut. The NL5557 anti-sparking circuit detects abnormal discharge and automatically shuts down to protect the mould.
Processus de fonctionnement
1High-frequency electromagnetic field causes rapid molecular vibration in the workpieces, generating frictional heat that self-fuses the materials.
