SED-15GZ-K dry granulator (roller compactor). Developed by absorbing imported designs adapted to local conditions, mainly for pharmaceutical R&D institutes developing new dosage forms and small-batch TCM production. GMP-

Fonctionnement

Dry granulation in 4 steps without binder or water: (1) deaeration & uniform feed of light powder, (2) pre-compression, (3) compaction into sheet, (4) crushing & sieving into irregular granules. Two-stage powder feeding (vertical + horizontal screw conveyors) ensures full deaeration and dense, uniform feed even for light, poor-flowing materials. Auto hydraulic system uses pressure sensor + solenoid valve to control roller pressure, giving the required density/hardness for each drug. Water-cooled rollers (with internal inlet/outlet) prevent material temperature rise during compaction.
