Fonctionnement
Bottle feeding device arranges bottles on conveyor shaft. Roller-shaft motor spins bottles at high speed, accelerating and disturbing the solution so foreign particles float. Bottles pass through dark inspection room and concentrated cold-light curtain — Tyndall effect causes strong contrast for impurities. Upper and lower reflectors reveal appearance and micro-package defects. Inspector identifies defective bottles via low-magnification glass and triggers automatic rejection at exit.
