Fonctionnement

Upper and lower film reels (Φ350 max, 240 mm wide) are fed via motorized unwind (0.75 kW) and color-mark photoelectric registration aligns print. Servo pull motor (1.5 kW) advances film with precision stroke control. The six-cylinder mechanical heat-seal unit (servo reciprocate 1.5 kW) presses male/female knurl plates onto the film with positive pressure then buffer pressure, creating a hermetic four-side seal. Tear-notch punch (servo 0.4 kW) and hang-hole die cut the package. Rolling-knife cutter (servo 0.75 kW) separates finished bags which exit on output conveyor. Waste is collected automatically. Inovance PLC (AM403) coordinates all axes via servo drives (SV630N series). Weintek touchscreen provides operator interface.
